About Puget Parties
Hey party people!
My name is Alyssa and I am the owner of Puget Parties & Events.
In 2016, I uprooted my life in California and pursued an elementary education degree in Tacoma, WA. It was then I fell in love with the Puget Sound–the tall, evergreen trees, delicious craft brews, creative & collaborative art communities, and the view of Mt. Rainier from my backyard. I am lucky to now call Washington my home!
Five years into being an educator, in the midst of report card season, grading, and parent teacher conferences, I found myself planning and organizing events for my coworkers and friends. In my spare time. For the FUN of it all.
Whether it was being a bright spot in my coworker’s day by providing a hydration station in the staff lounge or becoming a host of an Amazing race themed birthday (read about it here), it delighted me to commemorate the mundane, magnificent, and everything in between.
Puget Parties & Events was then born to celebrate the little (and big) things in life.
